What to Bring

 

BUYERS: Please bring:

Homeowner's insurance information, including declarations page. If paid in advance, bring “paid” receipt .

All “loan conditions” that your loan officer asked you to bring to closing. A wire transfer for any money due from you.

We cannot accept personal checks in excess of $500.00.

 

SELLERS: Please bring if requested:

“Termite Letter”. This must be dated within 30 days of closing.

A wire transfer for any money due from you at closing.

 

IF YOU ARE REFINANCING

BORROWERS : Please bring:

Homeowner's insurance information, including declarations page and paid receipt (if paid in advance)

All “loan conditions” that your loan officer asked you to bring to closing

A cashier's check for any money due from you. we cannot accept personal checks in excess of $500.00. Please bring the amount due from you as shown on your settlement statement (or the amount shown on your “Good Faith Estimate”)

 

Any amounts due from you in excess of $500.00 must be in the form of a wire transfer. Please contact our office for wiring instructions.
