Think back to the days in elementary school when your exhibit would win the science fair or your team would win the tug-o-war... you'd be awarded a blue ribbon because quite simply, you were the best.

Whether by coincidence or not, Blue Ribbon Las Vegas is properly named because everything was quite simply, the best. Located on level 3 of the Boulevard Tower inside the Cosmopolitan you'll find our new favorite place for date night in Las Vegas.

They have the most unique menu selection that we have found in Las Vegas including Beef Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade; Cheese Fondue; Pu Pu Platter; Pan Roasted Skate with Crispy Potatoes, Shrimp & Bacon; Pan Roasted Dover Sole with Artichokes and Capers; Bourbon-Glazed Prime Rib of Pork, and most notably, an array of offerings from the raw bar including the Plateau Cosmopolitan, a multi-tiered shellfish and caviar extravaganza over ice including oysters, clams, shrimp, lobster, and crab.

While all those items are very impressive, we have a very serious confession to make. As many of you know we are from the South and have experienced some of the world's best Fried Chicken recipes. However, the Fried Chicken at Blue Ribbon is the best we've ever had anywhere at anytime. It is a must have when you visit!

We enjoyed our entire meal and the service was first class as you would expect from any restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. They have options for anyone in your dining party that may have peculiar taste, so dining here with large groups is a great option.
