Weather in Las Vegas
The weather in Las Vegas can be tricky. Chances are you will not see a lot of rain while vacationing to Las Vegas. On the average year, Las Vegas will receive just a little more than 4" of rainfall. It's been known to rain at any given time, but usually you'll find Las Vegas full of sun and partly cloudy skies. The hot temperatures is usually what you have to prepare for.

May through September you'll find very warm temperatures. In addition to the high temperatures, the UV index in Las Vegas is very high. You'll want to wear sunblock every month of the year.

Nights can get cool, so if you have a lot of outdoor activities during the evening or night, then a light jacket will usually be enough to keep you warm.
