Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas

Information Courtesy of Matt & Brandy from We Know Vegas.

Matt and I decided to venture away from the Las Vegas Strip and head to the Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas where we were invited for lunch and here is what we know!

Would we visit again?

Ja, sicher! Hofbräuhaus was such a treat and something you should consider on your next trip.

What did we like best?

Brandy says: As a wine connoisseur, I was hesitant about trying their beer, but sure glad I did!

Matt says: Come hungry and come thirsty. They have the best bier!

What you wouldn’t know, unless we told you:

It’s located across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and is an exact replica of the Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany. The place is huge! The minute you walk in, you feel like you are in Germany. The authentic music, the staff’s fun outfits and of course the German atmosphere.

Note: it's easy enough to get a cab to the Hofbräuhaus, however you'll likely have to walk across the street to the Hard Rock Hotel to catch a cab to your next stop. It is not inconvenient, just an FYI.

We had lunch in their huge Beer Hall. Sitting at large tables, everyone around us had a stein of beer, imported from Munich, Germany, so we had to join the party! It was fantastic! Once we chose our beer, we chose our appetizer, Bayerischer Raditeller (Bavarian white and red radishes) and Obazter Classic Bavarian Appetizer (Bavarian Cheese specialty).  They were delicious and plenty of food, we could have shared with our beer drinking neighbors next to us.

Based upon our waiter John's recommendation, we also shared Wiener Würstl which was delicious! It was not what we expected at all. It was lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. We had no ideal that Wiener Würstl would be such a great dish. Thank you John for making that recommendation.

After lunch we toured the tree-lined Beer Garden and of course their gift shop, filled with all things German! They offered some of the best souvenirs at their gift shop, so make sure find something fun to bring those you left back at home.

At night the Hofbräuhaus is hopping with live nightly music. So when you are making your plans, make sure to include a visit to Hofbräuhaus for dinner. They always have fun events going on, so make sure you click here to see their upcoming schedule. You can’t help but enjoy your meal and beer at the Hofbräuhaus!

It’s a must go, Prost!
