Italian food is one of our favorite cusines when we are eating out. Therefore, we were so excited when we were invited to stop by and try Otto Las Vegas inside the Venetian Hotel and Casino. Otto is located in St. Mark's Square in the Grand Canal Shoppes which is the perfect setting for their restaurant. You really feel as if you are transported to Italy as you sip wine on their patio style dining area.

 

The entire staff, from the host, the entire wait staff and management went above and beyond to make our dining experience an unforgettable time. We loved how many traditional Italian dishes were offered on their menu. We started with their house white wine which was paired with an assortment of house cure meats done onsite. Next we enjoyed a variety of fried antipasti which melted in our mouth as we enjoyed a glass of spumante.

 

We were offered two separate pizzas as entrees and we were not disappointed in their recommendations. The Pancetta and Goat Cheese Pizza topped with tomato, caramelized onions, and Cypress Grove cheese was amazing. It is easily among the best pizzas we have ever eaten. We highly recommend it!

 

We enjoyed talking with Paulo, the general manager, as he described how the traditions of Otto in New York were established in the Las Vegas location. We were very impressed as to the amount of authentic effort and attention to detail Otto Las Vegas has embedded in their restaurant.

 

We look forward to our next visit to Otto. It is a must add to your list of restaurants to try on your next trip to Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed!
