There are several things that impressed us about Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas during our visit to their restaurant. First, the restaurant is very convenient and easy to find. It's located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. If you enter the Forum Shops from the Las Vegas Strip, it's right there a few floors up. It's also just a short walk from the casino at Caesars Palace. Secondly, their food selection is amazing! We wish we could have eaten more, but we were stuffed!
If you love Hollywood, A-List actors and the movies, then Planet Hollywood is a must for you. It is such a fun place for a quick lunch or a meeting up with family or friends for dinner. The restaurant is large, so finding a table is not to difficult, but we would recommend reservations for dinner. They also offer an outdoor patio that overlooks the Las Vegas Strip! So if the weather is just right, ask to be seated outside.
Most all restaurants we've been to in Las Vegas have great service, but the wait staff and management at the Planet Hollywood was far above norm. They truly excelled at taking care of the customer and making great recommendations. We allowed our server to make suggestions and she provided a truly amazing dining experience.

We started with the VIP Platter, and so should you! It included fried chicken, buffalo wings, grilled shrimp and spinach dip. The picture below doesn't not even do it justice. Next, the Watermelon and Feta was to die for. So fresh and perfectly blended with a lemon vinaigrette. Yum! What surprised us the most was the Spinach and Peaches salad. But like we said, we trusted the server and she knew what she was offering. It was so delicious, complete with strawberries, candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. Finally, the grilled salmon was cooked perfectly and had a mouthwatering Asian sauce drizzled over it.
