If you've been looking for something new to do while in Las Vegas, then make plans for Topgolf located at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. We were fortunate enough to check it out right after their Grand Opening and we had a blast.

People have asked us if it is just a driving range and it is much more than that. Topgolf Las Vegas is four floors of entertainment and great food. While you do hit golf balls, Topgolf has incorporated technology to turn the experience into something unique and fun.

The best way for us to describe it is golf, bowling and darts all into one game. Each golf ball has a microchip inside and there are targets at various distances located out into the range where you hit the balls. You select a game on the computer screen at your hitting bay and then take turns hitting golfballs and collecting points. The further the target and more accurate the shot, the higher the points!

While you're waiting for your friends to take their turn, you can relax in a climate controlled sitting area enjoying one of the best views of Las Vegas, plus some delicious food and your favorite drinks. The staff was amazing and their selection of food was just as impressive. You won't be disappointed with their menu or their desserts!

You rent a bay on an hourly bases and each bay hold 6 players. For groups of 4 or more, you'll need at least 2 hours to enjoy your visit. You can leave your clubs at home, or bring them if you want. They have clubs for righties, lefties and children at no additional charge. Topgolf does get busy as the night gets later, so we recommend going as early as possible. However, if you do have to wait, their is plenty to do and see.
They have 2 pools and cabanas available for rent, so you could literally make it a full day at Topgolf Las Vegas. We really enjoyed our time and it was one of the highlights of our last trip. Such a fun activity for a group or a family. So make sure to plan a visit to Topgolf on your next Vegas trip!
