The Trump Hotel is an upscale luxury hotel that also offers those with the means to purchase residential 1, 2, or 3 bedroom penthouses. You can't miss the solid gold hotel standing a few blocks off the Las Vegas Strip adjacent to the Fashion Show Mall. For a long time, we'd been very curious about this hotel and thankfully, our local real estate friend, Jason Tomei with Meridias Realty Group, set us up on a private, behind the scenes tour of the property.
A few things you'll notice when you first arrive at the property. There is no self parking but a first class staff of valet attendants greet you upon arrival. Next, there is no casino at the Trump Hotel. We heard several rumors as to why this is, but apparently Trump has been denied his gaming license fom the Neveda Gaming Commission ever since the property was built.
This is one of the taller hotels in Las Vegas, going up 64 floors in total. We had the unique experience to take a private tour of one of the 3-bedroom penthouse suites on the 62nd floor during out visit. It was amazing! Thank you Jason for setting this up for us.
In the video below, you'll see just how impressive and well thought out the layout is in the penthouse suite. Another interesting thing we discovered was how unique the view from the hotel is compared to other perspectives of Las Vegas. You can see the entire Las Vegas Valley because you're so high in the air! Even our cell phones had trouble getting a signal 62 floors about Las Vegas.
They offer two different restaurants and have a very elaborate pool area for hotel guest and residence. This would be the perfect place to stay if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a Las Vegas casino but still want a luxurious hotel experience. Plus, if you're looking for a private residence in Las Vegas, you won't be disappointed in what you'll find at the Trump Hotel.
